Nerd: Social listening reports generated on a per request basis. These are used to determine the positive or negative impact that campaigns, breaking news, influencers, etc. may have on a client's brand.

Translation: Keeping my finger on the pulse of sh*t to help ensure clients aren't making avoidable mistakes.
